Welcome to Will County American Legion of Illinois

Since 1919, the American Legion has been welcoming Veterans from all branches of our Armed Forces.

Today, we Proudly continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country or have served our country by joining your local Post in Will County.

Joining your local Post enables you to continue serving your God, Country and Community.

Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our country, friends and families embodied in our preamble.

American Legion memberships alone in Will County ranks number one in the State of Illinois with currently over, 2,300 making it larger than most Legion Districts.

With sixteen Posts located in Will County, we not only encourage our Veterans to join their local Post but also invite their family and others to join the additional Legion families consisting of The Auxiliary, Sons of the American Legion and Legion Riders.
